Christian (christian.brochec@...) is the main French translator,
but yes from a technical point of view it looks fine, and compiles.
"&" is an access key and goes to left of the letter being designated as
the access key, which you have done correctly.
If you see "..." this is generally correct because it indicates in a dialogue
that something is still going on, or in a menu that a dialogue pops up
from that menu. So for example in:
msgid "Cleaning up temporary files"
msgstr "Nettoyage des fichiers temporaires"
we would want to keep the "..." which you deleted at the end of the phrase.
