Hi all,
thanks to Yaron and Markus we are happy to announce the first release of
the Semantic Result Formats*.
Semantic Result Formats is an extension to Semantic MediaWiki that adds
more formats to ask query results. This initial release contains the
following formats:
* Calendar - creates monthlies overviews that can be browsed, provided
by Yaron Koren
* Timeline and Eventline - based on the popular Timeline code by MIT's
Simile project, it alllows to visualize events on a scrollable
javascript powered timeline, provided by Markus Krötzsch (and removed
from the Semantic MediaWiki core code)
* Graph - Creating graphs out of query results, in order to visualize
connections, based on the MediaWiki Graph extension and thus AT&T's DOT
library from the Graphviz package, provided by Frank Dengler
* Googlepie and Googlebar - simple calls to Google's Chart API, provided
by Denny Vrandecic

* yes, it is the first release even though the version number 1.4.0
suggests otherwise -- the first two digits are meant to state
compatibility, and the third digit is for the actual versioning
P.S.: if anyone wants to take over maintenance of this module, drop me a
line.
