Hello,
after #40500 the project session tree on the left side is dissapered. I'm not sure that #40501 made the modification, but with 40500 works well. Ist this bug or feature?

With Disable minifying of javascript and CSS files set to no still not working, yes works ok.

Should be fixed by now. I guess it was not reproducable because Stylite template we all use loads tree different then idots. Checked now tree got loaded with both templates.

after update #42126 the project tree on le left side is removed, doesn't matter if Disable minifying of javascript and CSS files: is set to yes or no.

That's NOT a solution, but a (slow) workaround!
Something in your environment is different from my, in which it is working well.
Have a look in html source of the failing page (eg. project-manager), find the minify url in it and report it here. Also call it in a browser to see if you get a javascript error in browsers error console.

the solution was Disable minifying of javascript and CSS files: = YES (like described in #3176)

maybe you will have a look in "Bugs #3176: Really bad since one of the last SVN update !" too if you have Suhosin in use or maybe something else is filtering the GET value by size?

I can NOT reproduce that! With a current Trunk, the tree is still visible for me.
Maybe you are not up to date, 40501 was the first commit in a series working on minifying javascript and css resources. It took a few commits to stabilise that feature. I'm not aware that there are still problems with it. You can switch the feature completly off in Admin >> Site configuration (very last line), thought you will have a serious performance problem without, once we switch on eTemplate2.
