OK, I added this in SVN (rev. 17017). It's off by default for
calligraphic and paint bucket, but on for tweak tool (though this "on by
default" didn't really work in my case - not even after deleting my
preferences.xml file - but since it's only a click away and is
remembered across sessions, I haven't inspected it further).
