Your error says "You should install libltdl". Doing a google search on
"libltdl" gives the suggestion to add "libtool-ltdl":
yum install libtool-ltdl
On the system that worked, you could have queried what was installed:
rpm -qa *ltdl*
rpm -qa *libtool*
and found the package names.
