Since the header is part of GCC, I take it, that copying the file,
would be out of the question.
I have a couple of questions regarding the header file, since it is
not included in /mingw/include.
1) How can I #include the file, if it is in a non-standard location?
2) Should it be in /mingw/include, as well as
/mingw/lib/gcc/mingw32/3.4.5/include, or just in one location only?
I ask because I need the file for compiling some source code I have,
and the file contains the macro that is needed.
