Assuming that this feature is not yet implemented...the Fruityloops
example that I gave is perhaps *not* the way I would do this. The main
Vestige controller window, which has the keyboard, "Show/Hide VST-GUI",
"Turn Off All Notes", etc, is the place where the Preset change and/or
popup menu should go. One might even argue that a full blown MIDI
Controller might be represented there rather than just a keyboard.
