Why not put it on=20
We will soon have a student joining as a new developer. He will probably st=
looking at AJAX libraries, but a well-maintained list of "things that someo=
should do" would help me to pass other tasks on to him.

Nice. I would suggest to have the "import given annotations into a given=20
article text"-function as a separated method somewhere else. It will be=20
relevant for any attempt to implement "Hide Semantics".
