I think this is a status-changing bug. I only change statuses by
auto-away and auto-return, and auto-return almost never "works"; the
global status will say "Available", but the individual accounts remain
away. I've never seen it happen changing statuses by hand.

I think we should just make it actually change account statuses,
unless you've seen it fail in a different situation...
