I was thinking on how options work: -w, -t, -r, -s, -N. There is a way
to enable option, but no way to disable it.
I suggest extending syntax like this: -w[!], -t[!], -r[!], -s[!], -N[!]
or, may be, one new option -!<w|t|r|s|N>. This '!' would disable
corresponding option effect.
This would be useful, when specifying more than 1 input or output.
Any comments on this?
I will post patch later.
