Im very new to sqlobject, but Im giving it a go because of turbogears.
Im creating a webapp that interacts with an existing database.
I have a query that seems to be too complex for sqlobject:
select nets.id, a.ip as router, 2^(32-masklen(nets.net)) as total,
count(b.ip) as used, 2^(32-masklen(nets.net))-count(b.ip) as free,
nets.net, nets.netname, broadcast(nets.net), netmask(nets.net),
nets.range_start, nets.range_end from nets, hosts, a_entries a,
a_entries b where hosts.router=3D1 and a.host=3Dhosts.id and
nets.subnet=3D't' and a.ip << nets.net and b.ip<<nets.net group by
nets.id, nets.net, nets.netname, nets.range_start, nets.range_end,
a.ip order by nets.net;
So I created a view of it in Postgres. But now I can't seem to create
an object wrapper for it. SqlObject complains that the view doesn't
have a primary key. I saw a thread about views and primary keys, but
it didn't seem to help me. My latest attempt looks like the
_connection =3D __connection__
Thanks for any help in advance.
