These are perhaps one of hte most obviously incomplete parts of cvs
HEAD remaining. as to if there is a better UI or not, I don't know.
I do have a sense of what we need that they (if complete) could fill
though:
1)we need to have a way to provide feedback when using a custom
state. the global one is nice enough when all accounts are in
exactly the same state, but cannot handle anything more complex.
2)we need a way to show which account an error message is related to.
This is not currently implemented, and needs to be.
3)we need a way to show the _full text_ of the error message. This
is also not yet implemented.
4)the ability to create an on-the-fly custom state just as we have
the ability to create an on-the-fly global state. This item is
implemented, but is of lesser imporatnce than the other 3.
on a side note, the auto away current overrides a custom state. I
would think it should only override a state (custom or otherwise)
that defaults to "Available"
