Could one of the guru developers here offer some information on the
implementation of backquote in SBCL? I would like to (if possible)
create a macro which wraps the input expression in a backquote. In
Scheme, for example, I could accomplish this with quasiquote special
form. I know there isn't a standard backquote form in CL, but some
CL's (e.g. CLISP) implement backquote as a transformation in the
reader to a macro (in CLISP, system::backquote). Is SBCL's backquote
implemented in a way that could be taken advantage of to write such a
