I (somewhat accidentally, as it's not 100% finished) put a doctestable
SQLObject.txt into docs/. It still requires some more fiddling, and
sections for all the new features, but it should be better.

I'd really like to rewrite the join code, as it is crufty and needlessly
confusing. But I'd like it to use descriptors and __addtoclass__... but
if I start down that path I'm afraid 0.7 will never come out. 0.7 is
nearly ready just as it is, I think it would be better to get 0.7 out
(at least a beta) and deal with this in the next version.
