As the CPU doesn't support the NX bit, it should not make a difference.

Did you compiled the daemons also, or only the kernel?

Did you use the config in the source as a base? Can you post your config

Well, that could mean the driver is crashing at the same spot, but I
don't think the uptime has anything to do with it.
Did you tested with the "official" kernel for that version?
