I'd like to propose OpenJUMP again, because the name speaks for the
proposal: to be open, to make JUMP open for all.

I think can't be Jama, because there's already a project called Jama
(Java Matrix package). People might think it's some Jama in it. Well,
there is, but not that much.
I also think the project's name has somehow to have some reference to
JUMP in it. I find one cannot simply embrace something, change its name
and pretend all is well.
