I've created a source rpm for Fedora Core 3 and RHEL 4 based on
dk-milter-0.2.7 if anyone's interested. Please note that despite the URL
and changelog email addresses, this is /not/ an official Red Hat RPM
(hence it is not signed) and should be considered experimental,
unstable, and not tested. Please do not file anything in bugzilla
related to this. Feedback/comments to me personally is welcome though.
It should build on earlier versions of RHEL/RHL (I use it on a legacy
RHL9 box at my home) if they are running sendmail 8.13.x with -devel
subpkgs. Can't guarantee it will work on other RPM based distros-- it
probably assumes some Red Hat-isms.
Private key is generated in /usr/share/ssl/private/milter-dk.key
Corresponding public keys (PEM and bind DNS versions of same key) are in
Daemon options are in /etc/sysconfig/milter-dk
Most/All of the FFR's are compiled in. See /etc/sysconfig/milter-dk for
the default options.
Start the service as root (will run as auto-created user milter-dk by
default) with "service milter-dk start".
You'll need to modify sendmail.mc and compile into sendmail.cf manually
