Sorry, somehow the file got corrupted during the upload or something.
Funny, the same thing happened last release, I guess sf doesn't like me.
In the future you might try verifying the file using the gpg sig file
(the .package.asc file).
Anyway, there's a new file up that you can download that is actually the
one I uploaded.
