Deja Vu ;)
This is a pretty common request, but as it stands, we are unable
to find a solution that benefits everyone....
I have added a hack to my local copy to do just this, but its no good
for the CVS because it has its problems.
We need an idea on how to implement this, without impacting
people who dont want the feature.

Subject: [videodb-devel] some ideas which will hopefully get added in
me and a couple friends are using videodb to archive our movies so we =
what each other has and its great rather then asking all the time hey =
have you got which is new...=20
one thing I am disliking is the fact when we own multiple copies of the =
same movie it would be nice to be able to assign=20
more then one owner rather then having duplicate entries in the =
Is there a modification out there to allow multiple owners as well it =
probably mess up the borrowing system which would need to be modified to =
you select which owner of the movie you would like to borrow it from =
would make me wonder can you assign multiple disc id's but still only =
one listing... any insight on this would be greatly appreciated on how =
apply such changes to implement these features.
as well how hard would it be to add another check box like "TV-episode" =
and "seen" to add the option box of "widescreen" to know if the movie is =
the standard full movie or the widescreen movie addition.
