I think the improper way of doing this is to rename SysDepGHC6.hs to
SysDep.hs. We can only build with GHC 6 anyway.

Ah! It's AM_CONFIG_HEADER without the S. I fixed that in configure.ac
and committed. I'm still working installing packages.
