My soundcard samples at 48KHz, Jack (using -d alsa) samples at 48KHz

I was trying to find out how to tune Fluidsynth and discovered that it
defaulted to sample at 41KHz. Starting it (Fluidsynth) from the command
line with -r 48000 did the trick.
