You're welcome, but don't forget to thank Andrea and Jody also (and
everyone else who has been contributing). Andrea has done a huge amount
of work on the wiki over the last few weeks and wrote the feature, map
styling and basic data access tutorial. Jody wrote the advanced data
access tutorial (which I moved to the wiki) and I wrote the coordinate
transformation tutorial (based on answers from Martin to the email

As James mentioned, if you sign up for a wiki account, you can help fix
them. You can also leave comments at the bottom of each page. A very
useful contribution right now would be comments about anything you found
confusing or missing from the tutorials. As a new user, you are in the
best position to provide this type of feedback.

Yes I also find code examples useful. The data access tutorial is not
yet finished, but it looks like Andrea plans to include a code example
at the end. Which tutorial(s) do you think need more examples?
