You have observed correctly. The Spanish translation should have all of th=
e
strings that were in 2.1 final. However, we have made some changes to
the I18NStrings.properties files since 2.1 final, so using what's in
CVS would be ideal.
There needs to be a process that we should follow for notifying our transla=
tors
when new strings have been added.
