Currently, this is only possible if creating a file editor for use by
Usermin users. You can enter a relative filename like
dir/file_to_edit, which is taken to be under each user's home dir.
This doesn't yet work when editing a file in Webmin though, but will
in the next release (assuming that the Webmin user has a corresponding
