Sorry, no specific ones. One of the things on the short term ToDo is
to try and speed things up a bit generally. Probably those will help
you (when we get them done some day) but they're just theoretical
areas we want to explore, like arrays and autocommands.
You might try incapacitating various non-core modules and see which
one(s) is offending, check cream.vim for what's loading. (Note all the
add-ons are autoloaded.)
Be glad for tips, info or patches if you find something obvious.
