Currently, the keymap files are named after RFC639 language codes. "gb"
is not included in RC639.
There seems to be a one-to-one mapping between the RDP keylayout codes
and RFC1766. (I've found
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\MIME\Database\RFC1766 in the
registry.) Maybe we should use RFC1766 names for the keymap files instead?
