I will suggest a name for the new DLL.
We can name it mingwm20.dll. So we know, if it is the new method or the

But should the name for the import lib be libmingwthrd.a (current name)
libmingwm.dll.a. I know, this means also to change the gcc spec file.
Maybe it is better to name the dll mingwthrdm10.dll. This will give us a
version in the name of the dll, we know it is for msvcrt, it will match
import lib name and we need not to change the gcc spec file.
If Danny tells us that it will work also for a crtdll version, then we
name it mingwthrd10.dll.
Please take one of the names or provide a new one.
I will send the result to Danny and he or I will provide a patch for the
MinGW runtime Makefile.
