Do you mean 0.5.1 release candidate 2? I just downloaded that tarball, extracted it, started it with "launch.py AsyncThreadedHTTPServer", created a "stupid.psp" file in the Examples directory, and accessed it via http://localhost:8086/stupid and when I modify stupid.psp, I automatically see the modifications with I use Refresh in my browser. So it looks like 0.5.1rc2 doesn't have this problem.
If you're already using 0.5.1rc2 and it's not working, that's pretty odd...
