Webware for Python

I've just committed some changes in order to bring some file names in 
sync with the Webware standard.


modpHandler.py  ->             ModPythonAdapter.py
modpApacheAdapter.py ->   ModPythonAppServer.py
selectRelease.py ->            SelectRelease.py

This may require you to edit some apache configuration files.
