If you do a "bzr branch lp:inkscape", and then do your "add upstream"
command on your local bzr branch (yes, it's redundant and then you would
have two copies), is there any difference with the error? I'm just
curious if it's the bzr repository format stuff that is not correct, an
expectation to have a local copy, unclear documentation, or something
