It is not entirely clear from your message, but I am guessing that the
technical responses you got were more than you wanted. If you are just
an email user and not a system administrator of your email system, you
need to contact your provider; we are just the developers of the webmail
system they have chosen to install (we have no affiliation with your
provider, since our software is freely downloadable by anyone).
