In case anyone is wondering, I want to clarify that this warning only
applies to IMs and not to chats.
There has been some debate about whether it is a good idea to have
that checkbox when there is no good way (i.e w/o editing prefs.xml) to
undo checking it.
As I mentioned during conversations about this in #gaim, I think that
this warning will be far less intrusive than Mozilla's warning
because, as Mark also said, it doesn't happen every time you close the
window - only when you have unread IMs. I certainly wouldn't be
opposed to removing the pref, but I'd like to hear from some of those
who expressed concern about having the warning that you couldn't turn
off (Gary and Luke IIRC).
