The new error exit added to rc2 and rc4 is undone because it broke
APNG processing on Mozilla. A typo in contrib/gregbook is fixed.
The error stuff is actually not removed but commented out with
#if 0/#endif, because I think it still bears investigation. But
I don't want it to hold up Saturday's release of libpng-1.2.19.
