It is the DonutOrderEmailSender that creates these transactions and
calls Prevayler.execute() passing them.

DonutOrderInitiated - Simply flags the donut order in the system as "initia=
ted".

DonutOrderSuccessful - Simply flags the donut order in the system as
"successful".

If there is an "initiated" order (not "successful") when the system
starts, you know something went wrong with that order and you have to
do something about it (A, B, C or D options (see page)).
