is it possible to have lirc_serial share the port with an
existing serial device? clearly, it would need to be a device
that didn't care about DCD. but a mouse, say, might be the
perfect candidate, eh?
any ideas on how hard it would be to come up with a combined
"lirc_comboserial" driver? since lirc already simply takes over
the port if it finds an existing driver using it, i would
think this driver could work the same way, but leave one with
a functioning ttySX...
