Yup. This is what happened - it was showing a manfid of 0x0000,0x0000 in
cardctl.
The odd thing being that it worked at one point, then busybox sat, trying
to get a dhcp address from the wlan0 interface overnight, and after I
powercycled/ejected it the next morning, the card no longer was detected
properly.

Could you elaborate on this? I did a bunch of google searches, and they
all seemed to dead-end. :/
