You have asked VXL to integrate a TargetJR build, but you have not got
the TargetJr source code. Set the CMake variable BUILD_TARGETJR=NO to
get rid of this - although that should have been the default setting.

What is this? I can't tell if it is a comment, a cut-and-paste of an
error, or something else. I cannot find the text "Open Cl" in any VXL file.

You have enabled the building of vidl1. I suggest you stop building it
by returning the CMake variable BUILD_UNMAINTAINED_LIBRARIES to its
default setting of NO.

I compile it a few days ago, and the dashboard servers are compiling it
from scratch everyday.
I would suggest setting BUILD_BRL=NO, since there are problems with
BROWN's contributed library at the moment.
