For the purposes of discussion lets say this tag is called TOTALCOST.
Once we have a TOTALCOST tag the next challenge will be that we have to flag the EQMODs that are included in the TOTALCOST and separate those from any that are subsequently added (either by the user or by other equipment entries using it as a base, including auto generated stuff). That will increase the complexity a lot.
So I think this is doable but is quite a complex request.
