The flex distribution includes the terms of flex itself. You can find a
copy of the license, among other places at:
http://flex.sourceforge.net/manual/copyright.html.
If there are specific terms in the license that are unclear for your
particular case, then plase post what they are and how your situation
makes things unclear.
