I know of so many people who fail to get jobs and, ultimately, do not have good careers because they keep their minds cluttered with things that have nothing to do with their job search. I have wanted to write for some time about how to harness the subconscious mind in your job search. Many people get suspicious about this topic, however.
<br><br>
The wonderful thing about our minds is they can empower us. However, they can also lead us away from what we are trying to achieve. Throughout my career I have done my best to help people understand the power of the subconscious mind, especially in a job search.

<span class="hometitle">Virtually Yours: The Lure of a Virtual Job</span>

When people talk of a 'virtual' employee or a 'virtual' workspace, they usually mean an employee who telecommutes and a digital workspace on a computer network that can be remotely accessed.
<br><br>
In today's industry jargon, anything that lacks direct physical presence or co-location is ''virtual.'' The plain English meaning of ''virtual'' has ceased to be a part of e-age industry. And that's a relief, for though I am all for 'virtual' work, I hold serious reservations about receiving 'virtual' salary or 'virtual' payments (fill in the missing smiley).

Getting back to the topic, I can safely say that 'virtual' jobs are highly sought after by modern employees.

<span class="hometitle">Is Your Career Tuned to You?</span>

Most of us spend precious time of our lives jumping from job to job and career to career in a bid to find the holy grail of career satisfaction. Few of us ever reach it. Of those who are at peace with their station in life, most are people why have embraced reality, not resigned to it.
<br><br>
They are happy with the same situation where people resign themselves to their fates and remain frustrated. It's all a matter of defining your career goals, being flexible about them and aligning yourself to reality rather than allow reality to overwhelm you.
<br><br>
When the economy is a continuous state of flux, it seems only natural to move from place to place to find economic equilibrium. But sometimes job seeking can also become a habit that people follow compulsively. This is not good.
