Mmh... I forgot why I wrote that, then I checked my system and found
that there is an install-info (a Perl script included in the dpkg
package) and a ginstall-info which is part of the texinfo package.
I remember that I had some problem with install-info (debian version)
maybe because it didn't supported some option or some stuff like that
which caused me to waste some time trying to figure out what was wrong
In the case of a redhat system I don't know if there is this problem.
