Stamps (and Tux Paint) have been updated since the version in Ubuntu 7.10.
However, new packages are available from a 3rd party (Caroline Ford, of
the Tux Paint project). See: http://www.tuxpaint.org/download/linux-ubuntu/
However, you probably want the source download for the Stamps, or better yet,
to work from CVS, which would be even more up-to-date.
