you can add files to your project either by selecting Project->"Add Files to
Project" or by right-clicking on the poject name and selecting "Add files to
projects" in the Files and Projects view.
You can just compile one file after another (pdflatex is shortcut ALT+6) or
you can create a custom config of the pdfLaTeX tool which compiles all three
