I've never used xfce, is there any relation between xfce and rox?
My desktop contains: rox, rox-session, sawfish.
And my desktop rocks!! ;-) Thanks to awesome software.
I would have never in the world expected that xfce has any relation to my
desktop. It's not even installed here.
Does xfce use AppDir, which makes its applets compatibile with rox?
I'm asking, because I can't see any relation here....

Such applet would be nice.
Sorry that I didn't check that - but who develops rox-session
(I thought it was you ;)? AFAIK it has been rewritten to python from C,
and at the same time the (missing) functionality of look and feel was
removed from it.
Maybe I can kindly ask the rox-session's author to put it back there,
so I can enjoy latest version and the messages at the same time.
