Could you please send your dot file (or a portion thereof)? Compress it
it's too big. If still too big, post it somewhere and send a reference.

I usually use 'dot -T <format> -o <filename> <dotfilename>' instead
of dotty, but I doubt that this is a problem. Looking at the dot file
should give us some idea.
