Quite Universal Circuit Simulator

Hey Stefan,
      I find that QSettings is portable easy to use class to manage
settings. The only problem might be the location where it stored.
Actually that too is not a problem since QSettings knows how to find
them and open them in the respective platforms.

It'= s a=20 _very_ well tested and behaved class, and it will work "Out of the box" (tm= ). In that way, we will follow the old rule: "don't reinvent the wheel".
