The answer depends on which version you're using :
- The KDE version keeps its settings in ~/.kde/share/config/celestiarc and its
bookmarks in ~/.kde/share/apps/celestia/bookmarks.html
- The GTK version keeps them in ~/.celestiarc
- The Gnome version uses GConf (/apps/celestia)
- The GLUT version doesn't save its settings.
