[Gpsbabel-misc] Sitex Neptune Chartplotter

Hello:

I was wondering if you could help me out.  I have a DGPS Sitex Neptune 
Chartplotter on my boat.  I would like to be able to transfer waypoints 
back & forth between my PC & plotter.

I'm sorry I cannot tell you the OS of the plotter, but I would be using 
Windows on the PC side.

We don't have explicit support for that unit.  Googling around, I don't
see any other software that supports or or a protocol definition.  So
this likely becomes a reverse engineering exercise.
