There are 2 values for panning because internally a stereo instrument is
seen as 2 mono instruments, so you have to set 2 values instead of 1.
That was intentional because soon or later I'll add a surround output
and instruments can have an arbitrary number of channels, not only 2.
I'm really interested in the converter, where I can get the code? ;)
