It depends on which function you are talking about.
Vgrid_writeUHBD: this comment refers to the fact that we take a partition
vector (pvec) as an argument to distinguish points that are in a part of a
particular processor's unique (disjoint) partition. However, this vector is
not used in the actual code; we haven't implemented it yet.
Vgrid_writeDX: this comment is inaccurate and should be removed.
Vgrid_writeDX *does* use the information in pvec to only write out points which
are in the disjoint partition (as indicated by pvec).
